Avem nevoie de:
-300g cascaval dat pe razatoarea mica
-250 g unt(200 se baga in cascaval iar 50 se amesteca cu pateul)
- condimente
-muraturi (gogosar, castrevete)
-2 oua fierte tari
Se amesteca cascavalul ras prin razatoarea mica cu untul/margarina,se pun condimentele,se face o pasta uniforma, se intinde o folie de celofan,se unge putin cu ulei se intinde (cu mana)in strat uniform. Deasupra peste pasta se intinde o cutie de pateu de ficat amestecat cu piper,unt muratura(castravete si gogosar) .Deasupra se pun 1-2 oua fierte tare si taiate cubulete.Se ruleaza se infasoara totul in celofan se lasa la rece de pe o zi pe alta. Se serveste taiata rondele.
