Ingrediente:
-600 g carne tocata amestec
- 300 ml bulion
-verdeata tocata
-2 cepe
-sare,piper
-1 pachet de foi de lasagne Monte Banato(am folosit eu)
-50 g unt
-100 g faina
-nucsoara
-800 ml lapte
-150 g cascaval ras
Pentru carne:
-calim cepele in putin ulei
-stingem cu bulion
-adaugam carnea si amestecam bine
-lasam carnea pe foc 10 minute
-adaugam sare,piper,verdeata
Pastele de lasagne trebuie fierte 10 minute in apa cu sare (asa scrie pe cutie la ele)
Pentru sosul bechamel procedam asa:
-punem untul in oala la topit adaugam laptele.
Cu o parte din lapte dizolvam faina si adaugam treptat sa nu se faca cocoloase.
Adaugam verdeata si nucsoara.
Asamblare:
-punem un rand de foi
-punem sos alb -carnea -foi -sos alb -foi -carne -foi -sos alb -foi -radem cascaval
-dam la cuptor 40 minute pana se rumeneste deasupra
