Avem nevoie de:
- 1 cana(250 ml) zahar pudra
- 1 cana nuci macinate
- 1/2 cana ulei
- 3 linguri cu varf de cacao
- 2 cani faina
- 1 cana apa
- 1 lingurita amoniac sau praf de copt
- 50gr stafide
- 1 borcan de gem (cca. 450 g)
-cateva picaturi zeama de lamaie
Cum procedam:
Se mixeaza cateva minute si se pune in tava la cuptor la 170 gr pentru 45 de min .
Se poate pune orice galzura doriti.
Deasupra se presara nuca macinata sau cocos.
