Facem asa:
2 oua se bat bine la robotul de bucatarie (sau cu mixerul) impreuna cu 1 lingura de zahar tos si putina sare (cam 1 virf de cutit). Se adauga 50 g unt topit, 250 ml lapte gras, 200 g faina alba, 2 lingurite de praf de copt, 1 lingurita de zahar vanilat, 3 linguri de nuca macinata si se omogenizeaza bine pina se obtine o "crema" destul de groasa, care se da pentru 15' la frigider sa se odihneasca. Cu un polonic micut se ia din compozitie (ca. 80-100ml) si se toarna intr-o tigaie bine incinsa si unsa cu putina margarina, dandu-i clatitei o forma de cerc cu un diametru de 12-15 cm. Pe unele am pus topping de ciocolata si cu feliute de babane pe altele am pus miere si nuci .
