-1,5 kg rosii
-500 g carne tocata amestec
-50 g orez
-2 oua
-2 ccepe
-1 leg. paturnjel
-sre,piper
-ulei
Cum procedam:
-spalam rosiile, le taiem capacelul si cu ajutorul unei lingurite scoatem pulpa
-separata calim ceapa in ulei,dupa care adaugam carnea tocata si cateva linguri de apa.Lasam sa se inabuse putin
-Apoi adaugam orezul fiert separat, oulae batute,verdeata tocata,sare,piper
-cu aceasta conpozitie umplem rosiile
-le asezam intr-o tava unsa cu ulei si le coacem la cuptor, cca 25 min
-se pot stropi spre final rosiile cu o ceascuta de vin
-se pot servi cu smantana
