Avem nevoie de:
-10 felii de piept de pui
- 2 cutii de ciuperci champignon(eu am pus numai una)
- o ceapa
- un pahar de vin
- unt cat 2 nuci
- 400 de grame de smantana
Cum procedam:
-Am pus un pic de unt in tigaie si cind s-a topit, am pus o ceapa taiata marunt.
-Cind ceapa era un pic calita am pus feliile de piept de pui sa se rumeneasca pe o parte si pe cealalta parte, deci foc mare la tigaie
-Apoi feliile de piept de pui le-am pus intr-un castron cu o farfurie deasupra ca sa se mentina calde, iar in tigaie am pus un pahar de vin alb sec pe care l-am lasat sa se evapore putin.
-Am adaugat apoi smintina si cipuercile scurse si am amestecat bine de tot.
-Am adaugat si pieptul de pui si am mai lasat citeva minute.
-Se poate servi cu mamaliguta. Noi am mancat fara nimic,doar asa simplu.
