-un pachet de foietaj congelat
-ou
-cascaval ras
-susan,chimen
Cum procedam:
-se lasa pachetul de foietaj la decongelat la temperatura camerei
-se intinde foaia
-se unge foaia mare cu ou batut
-se presara cascavalul ras cu susan si chimen
-se trece odata cu sucitoarea pe toata suprafata
-se taie saratele la cat de late le vrem
-le asezam pe rand in tava in care am pus hartie de copt
-se coc pana se rumenesc putin
