-4 catei usturoi
-1 ceapa mare
-putin ulei
-3 cani de vin rosu sec
-staniol
Spalam carnea,o punem in tava in care punem ulei,usturoiul taiat bucatele,ceapa taiata bucati.Punem la sf. si vin rosu sec,3 cani.
Acoperim cu staniol si dam la cuptor 1 h 30 minute,pana se patrunde carnea. Ultimele 10 minute scoatem staniolul si lasam asa sa se rumeneasca putin carnea. Am servit cu orez,mazare,varza de bruxelles.
