Blat:
-se face un blat simplu din 3 oua, 3 lg zahar, 3 lg faina,, 1 lingurita praf copt
-se coace 25 minute la foc mediu
Crema:
-300 g frisca lichida
-1 kg capsuni
-300 g branza de vaci
-esenta de capsuni
-tort jelle rosu
-200 g frisca pentru ornat
-3 linguri smantana
-2 plicuri gelatina granule d
Cum facem:
-se pune gelatina la inmoiat 10 minute in apa rece
-se bate frisca cu smantana grasa, apoi punem putina esenta de capsuni, care si coloreaza
-se incorporeaza branza in frisca si se amesteca bine cu mixerul pana se omogenizeaza
-se pune blatul in tava cu inel detasabil
-topim gelatina umflata si apoi o incorporam in frsica cu branza
-punem jumatate din crema peste blat
-taiem capsunile in jumatate(e nevoie de capsuni mari si tari)
-punem capsunile peste crema
-adaugam restul de crema
-punem capsunile ramase tot taiate in jumate dupa cum vedeti in imagine
-dam la frigider 1 h
-turnam jeleul rosu dizolvat conform instructiunilor de pe plic peste crema
-dam iarasi la frigider cel putin 5 ore
-ornam cu frisca si in mijloc punem o capsuna mare de tot, pe care o taiem in 5
-servim fara mila!
