Ingrediente:
-3 linguri de faina
-3 linguri de smantana
-3 oua
-50 gr. unt
-150 gr. cascaval
-intr-un castron puneti galbenusurile de la cele 3 oua, smantana, faina si sarea le mixati cu mixerul;
apoi puneti peste compozitia obtinuta, si cele 3 albusuri batute spuma(albusurile le batem cu mixerul curat);
-dupa ce puneti albusurile peste compozitia din castron, amestecati in continuare de sus in jos, cu o lingura de lemn;
-compozitia obtinuta (asemanatoare celei de chec) o rasturnati intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt;
-trebuie sa folosim tava corespunzatoare, adica in momentul cand turnam aluatul in tava, sa il plimbam pe fundul tavii pentru a-l acoperi;
-tava o bagati la cuptorul incins la 170-175 de grade (sau la cuptoarele normale la focul cel mai mic), si o lasati cam 15-20 de min, o penetrati cu un pai dupa 15 minute pentru a nu o carboniza, sau pt a nu o face scoarta;
-dupa ce e gata, o rasturnati cu fata in jos pe un servet uscat, si scoatem hartia de copt;
- faceti cubulete cascavalul, si puneti din loc in loc si bucatele de unt;
-dupa aceea rulam;
- aluatul este elastic;
-dupa ce-l rulati il puneti la loc in tava, pe hartia de copt, si-l dati din nou la cuptor pentru 10 minute.
-cand e gata lasati sa se racesca, apoi introduceti la firigider si se va intari foarte bine
