Ingrediente:
-4 mere
-zeama de lamaie..eu am pus helas
-600 gr branza de vaci
-3 oua
-4 linguri de zahar
-1 pumn nuci macinate
-3 linguri gris
-1/2 pachet praf de copt.
Ingrediente:

Cum procedam:
Eu am pus toate intr-un bol in fara de albusuri si mere. Am frecat cu mixerul pana s-a facut pasta. Apoi am adugat branza de vaci,urmeaza merele cubulete si la sfarsit am pus albusurile batute bine spuma.
Se toarna intr-o forma unsa cu unt si presarata cu pesmet. Se pun bucatele de unt pe deasupra. Se da 1 ora la cuptor la foc mic.
