Ingrediente:
-1 ou
-1 cana zahar
- jumate cana ulei
-1 cana lapte (caldut)
-2 cani
-1 lingura bicarbonat rasa
-3 linguri cu gem (nu dulceata)
-3 linguri cacao
Cum procedam:
- se freaca oul cu zaharul, se adauga uleiul, laptele, gemul. Se amesteca bine, apoi se adauga bicarbonatul praf (nu trebuie stins cu nimic) faina si cacaoa.
- compozitia se pune in tava unsa cu unt sau ulei, si tapetata cu faina.
-se coace in cuptor la 175 de grade cam 35 de minute
-se incearca cu scobitoarea
Am folosit o crema la rece Ole de vanilie care se prepara conform instructiunilor de pe plic. Deasupra am pus ciocolata ornament.
