-pulpe de pui (o caserola mare)
-condimente
-o ceasca de apa
-un gogosar mare
-folie de aluminiu
-ulei
Cum procedam:
-spalam pulpele si le trecem prin condimentele dorite. Le asezam in tava
-taime gogosarul langa pulpe
-punem putin ulei, cam 150 ml si turnam ceasca de apa.
-acoperim cu folia de aluminiu si dam la cuptor 40 minute
-scoatem folia si mai lasam la rumenit 10 minute(puteti porni grilul si merge rapede)
Se serveste alaturi de ce garnitura doriti d-voastra, cu muraturi sau salata proaspata.
