Ingrediente Foi:
- 500 g de faina, 200 g de unt, 20 g de drojdie inmuiata in putin lapte, 3 linguri de zahar, 4 galbenusuri,smantana cat cuprinde, 1 varf de cutit de bicarbonat, vanilie.
Umplutura:
-un borcan cu marmelada
-250 g de nuci macinate
-200 g de zahar
Cum procedam:
Ingredientele de foi se amesteca si se framanta bine, pana ce obtinem un aluat omogen. Se imparte acesta in 3 si se intind 3 foi. In tava unsa se asaza prima foaie care se acopera cu o jumatate din marmelada peste care se pune o jumatate din amestecul de zahar si nuci. Se acopera cu cea de-a doua foaie peste care se pune restul umpluturii si se acopera totul cu cea de-a treia foaie. Se lasa prajitura sa stea o jumatate de ora si apoi se coace, in cuptor mediu incins, pana se rumeneste suprafata.
