Avem nevoie de:
-500 g carne tocata amestec
-1 ceapa mare
-2 pumni orez
-sare, piper
-2 lingurite boia dulce
-400 ml bulion
-2 oua
-4 foi de dafin
-15 ardei mijlocii
Cum procedam:
-spalam ardeii,ii scobim de cotor, indepartam semintele
-calim ceapa,adaugam boiaua si varsam compozitia asta peste carnea tocata
-adaugam condimente
-adaugam ouale, amestecam bine
-punem si orezul
-umplem ardeii
-ii asezam frumos in picoare in oala, asa cum e in poza
-completam oala cu apa, punem si bulionul.Lichidul sa fie cat sa acopere ardeii
-arucam si foile de dafin, punem capacul si dam la fiert la foc mic 1h si 30 minute
servim cu smantana!
