Avem nevoie de :
-6 oua
-125 g unt
-1 cana faina
-200 g zahar
-1 plic praf de copt
-esenta de vanilie
-zahar pudra
-500 g visine proaspete
- 1 ciocolata amaruie sau cu lapte
Cum facem:
-frecam untul (care s-a inmoiat la temp. camerei) cu 100 g zahar, apoi adaugam galbenusurile unul cate unul pe rand, 1 esenta de vanilie, iar la sfarsit punem faina amestecata cu praful de copt si amestecam cu lingura de lemn.
-batem albusurile, punem cealalta parte de zahar ramas, 100 g, si amestecam cu lingura de lemn cu compozitia de galbenusuri.
-varsam totul intr-o tava rotunda care am uns-o cu unt si am tapetat-o cu faina
-punem deasupra toate visinele din care am scos samburii
-dam totul la copt 35 minute la 180 grade C. pana se aureste bine deasupra.
-lasam la racit iar apoi glazuram cu ciocolata topita dupa care dam la frigider 2 ore.
